Your Diet and Other things

Eating is one of the most important parts to achieving the body you want, and the respect you deserve. I want to know what all of you fine humans feast on, whether it's rice or kangaroo! Leave a comment telling what you eat, and how much. On a related note, Chapter two will be about what food diet you should eat and should be finished later.
On an unrelated note, Diablo 3 is just around the corner! And guess what Diablo is another word for... that's right : Satan! I dont know about you guys, but I plan on playing that good ol'barbarian. Let me know what you'll be playing in that comment!

  2. I agree on the fact that a good body requires a good diet. However I think a good diet becomes even more efficient if backed up by physical activity of some sort.

    Apart from this my diet is basically composed by eggs twice a week, beans twice a week and some meat (chicken for the most part, sometimes pork). I also eat many kind of vegetables and some carbohydrates for calories. As a rule of thumb try to focus on vegetables/fruit and proteins. Your body doesn't really need fats/carbohydrates that much because provided you eat enough it will be able to produce calories from proteins as well.

  3. I dont have a diet. I eat everything and I'm very thin. Something's wrong with me...I have a metabolism of a model.
